Welcome to The Watermelon. By booking an appointment through watermelonbooking.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments: All services are by appointment only.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Late Policy: If you are more than15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule, and a late fee may apply.

2. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, eye conditions, or recent surgeries prior to the application.
  • If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. The Watermelon is not liable for reactions but will assist with a complimentary removal if necessary.

3. Payments

  • Prices are subject to change. All payments are due at the time of service.
  • We accept various methods of payments.

4. Liability

  • The Watermelon and its technicians are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper aftercare by the client. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided at the time of service.
